Photo Practice

Still playing with my new camera, hopefully I can get better results next time. Looks like I have more time now, with no more sports practice. Hopefully I can get back to being active again.

  4. Hello Aaron, see we are still here waiting for you to surface again! Do you miss us too? When i visit garden shows and see pitcher plants, i always think about you. That tilandsia in the first photo i saw a lot also in my last garden show visit. Your shots are good, just add a little bit of saturation.

  5. @One

    Thanks a lot!

    @Becca

    Thanks! I got a Canon Powershot G12 with 10.0 megapixels. Not really good in any sports haha.

    @lotusleaf

    Thanks! Actually, tomorrow will be the last day of examination.

    @Andrea

    Thanks too! Of course I miss you all! Still improving my photography haha. Thanks for the tip.

  6. Aaron! Have fun with your new camera. There's a lot of features to play with on it....I agree with Andrea....there's an edit feature that will allow you to mess around with lighting, shade, contrast....and saturation. Sometimes lighting for me can be tricky and will "wash out" my pics. I just figured out this feature on the computer a couple months back. However, your pics are great! Have a good weekend.

  7. I like your air plant! It's pretty. And you have a beautiful lotus about to open there... I am sure your new camera is going to do lots of justice to the flower. Happy snapping pictures!

  8. They came out well. White flowers is an interesting subject, so pure, so beautiful, and yet they are not really colourful.....

  9. With a new camera, your will see your garden and the surroundings in a new light. Your flowers are blooming well and they are beautiful, the colours and shades quite unusual.
